Bring Back Star Trek Enterprise Petition
I can't believe the idiots at Paramount, CBS, and United Paramount Network cancelled ST: Enterprise! I thought the series was pretty good especially the Xindi and Vulcan arcs! I also appreciated the fact that the crew was always the underdog against aliens because it was their first inter-stellar space exploration. Personally, I wasn't much into ST: The Next Generation and its schmancy advanced warp drive and phasors. Why or why...they didn't even care to replace it with another star trek series!
If you think the idiots at UPN should bring back ST:Enterprise, leave a message here! Just maybe we can convice them somehow? It's a longshot, but we could always express our disbeliefs.
Update: Well, I heard they're going to make an ST:Enterprise movie! Sweet! I hope it does well, so we can have a trilogy!
11-21-2007 Update: Unfortunately, the new star treck movie isn't within the first enterprise arc, but it's going to be when kirk met spock...urgh!

My family has gone through many ordeals in the past couple of years and instead of falling into depression, we started watching Star Trek along with my wife's mother. ST was one of the only shows with a positive message and outlook on life. There are many people who used ST as a way to occupy their time with a positive show.
Paramount doesn't know what they did when they pulled the plug on ST.
Take out the people who were fed up with writting and producing (may Braga be the first) and replace them with new, fresh people who could take ST back to existing fans and introduce it to new fans as well. That's what the problem is, NOT the show. If UPN hadn't changed the time slots so many times and throw reruns of Entreprise in the middle of the season, maybe it would still be alive today....

Star Trek Entreprise was the best series of all. I to can't believe it was cancelled after 4 seasons and would like to see it return. They would need to bring back "Trip" somehow -Connor Trinneer brought a lot to the show.

Bring back StarTrek Enterprise! because they have the chance to tell all the good stories...romulan war and the beginning of exploring the galaxy.
and Captain Archer is the best of all :)

This was the best thing on TV in this Genre when it left the air. If it weren't for the horrible politics at the now-defunct UPN, this show would have enjoyed a great seven or more years on the air. My heart sank to see it go.

Brind back enterprise! it was the best show of the star trek genre and my favourite si-fi next to the new battlestar galactica, also i cant believe they are cancelling stargate sg1, at least give them 1 more season to wrap everything up :-(.

!! Why cancel a show that is clearly the best in the ST franchise? Why cut this off prematurely when previous takes [DS9 etc] were obviously cut some slack? Enterprise had a *brilliant* cast, excellent scripts and - importantly - surely had the best writing potential of them all. The whole concept was also a little closer to home, quite literally. What an *idiotic* thing to do. I guess we'll have more reality crapsville and two-bit comedies instead. There's money well spent. Not.

Seriously when will the networks learn that cancelling ST shows is bad! I mean the OS was cancelled after three seasons. They need serious time to grow. I finally started watching Enterprise and then found out it was getting cancelled. I was angry, the episodes were finally getting good. I still hate (and if there is a return hope it will be changed) the stupid pseudo-country theme song; I blame the song for the lack of fans. Space operas require classical pieces. If you want to experiment get a DJ involved (like ICP or something).

I still do not believe this series was canceled. At the time, I thought this was going to go down as the best of the Star Trek series. The ratings on this show had to be better than most of the junk that was on TV at the time. How do we get the networks to bring this back?

I agree. Just when the show was starting to find its footing the idiots cancelled it.
I hated ST:TNG early on. The characters weren't that believeable, the story lines sucked and I couldn't watch it.
But given a chance, it developed,Story lines got much better, Inner Light, Times Arrow, The Nth Degree, etc. Characters developed nicely everything fell into place. Because they gave it a chance. I feel Enterprise was done very well. Maybe the writers, producers etc. learned from their mistakes. I dunno. But yes I feel Enterprise wasn't given a fair chance and should be brought back.

star trek enterprise should be brought back because it went well before its time, all the other star treks apart from the original all had 7 seasons why can't they at lest do 3 more seasons or maybe more is that too much to ask for...

Enterprise had really good actors. Scott Bakula and Billingsley. They did the show a lot of good. They were also different from the other trek shows characters. They looked so plain.

I grew up watching the original star trek series and was hooked upon the very first episode. Then the network decided to unplug star trek until much later when out came the first Star Trek The Motion Picture. Since the release of this movie did well then that is why Gene was given the go ahead.
After much later and much success it seems Paramount has gotten too big and seems to not remember (or care) how a specific Star Trek enterprise crew and it's H U G E fan base helped establish who they are today.
The only thing that I can hope for is that either another studio realizes how big of a fanbase that Star Trek has and takes hold of it's reins. Star Trek is one big cash cow!

It's a longshot alright. Once a show is canned that's it. This was a real shame as it did have alot of potential. I certainly had a few ideas on the course the series could have taken, much the same as Roughead alluded to earlier.

I can't believe that the Star Trek Enterprise series came to an end after only four seasons. It is without a doubt the best of all the Star Trek franchises. The characters are brilliant and work so well together. The stories are so compelling and enjoyable to watch. If Enterprise was to come back the writers would have to find a way to bring Tucker back because without him (and all the others) the show wouldn't work.
I guess it really is true that we don't really know what we have until it's gone. So to all the suits at Paramount. BRING BACK Enterprise to the fans!

Bring back ST enterprise. There is a whole lot more stories out there that need to be told. For example the start of the war between the Federation and the Klingon Empire.

We absolutely love this show! I(Rudy) watched star trek tng for years and liked that alot but st enterprise easily trumps tng. I(Karina) am not a fan of star trek but I liked this show. We really liked the fact that this show was the fact that Archer didn't always have the answer. The crew always worked together but didn't always come out on top. It just felt more realistic.

Bring back Enterprise! I'm a fairly big fan of Star Trek and I must admit that when Enterprise came out (Season 1) I was a little dissapointed in the show. But I kept on watching because at the end of the day it was still Star Trek, as the show went on it just got better and better then I was hooked! I have now gone out and bought the entire set on DVD and I wish they had continued all the way to season 7. Please oh Please BRING IT BACK!!
