Intuit Innovates, H&R Block Doesn't

Very similar to the battle between Blockbuster and Netflix. Can we say two paths diverge? Nowaday if you don't innovate and move your business into the cloud, your company will slowly go the way of the dinosaurs. H&R Block seems to be moving in the opposite direction of Intuit.
